There is literally no eccentric portion of a deadlift. The deadlift is lifting it up, that's it, you can lower it slowly if you want to, but a full rep of a deadlift is literally just lifting it up.

I full squat 120kg for reps at 63kg body weight but deadlifting 100kg for 5 reps is hell.

I'm also 168cm tall.

i do rack pulls but it just feels weird when the weight starts around knee height, like my shoulders are too far over the bar. Is there a cuing video i should watch?
