I stumbled onto a couple of the reddit lifting subs the other day and kept seeing people suggesting this morons routine.

In all the FAQ of these reddit subs they removed Starting Strength w/ accessory and StrongLifts "more arms" routine from the recommended beginner routines but left ICF in there... Mind blown.

full body movements 3 times a week with a squat push and a pull. it's nothing new. mostly using a 5x5 rep scheme sometimes with an amrap, sometimes reduced deadlift volume or sometimes added accesories. not gonna make a huge difference which one you chose.

what makes a difference is progressively overloading and staying at it for 1,2,5,10,20 years +.

Id say SS will get you the best results, but SL is the most accessible. I do it because i hate cleans.

Everyone says SL is bad cause lack of arms but for some reason seem to skip over the part of their website where they actually have a good routine that includes arms.
