How do I teach her to stride correctly? Its like she jogs but but only covers 2 meters in 5 steps. I'm trying to train her to run a mile cause she's going to the military soon. I used to run cross country so were doing between 3-4 miles a day currently and increasing but she can still never run a full 800m without stopping.
