you will already be maximizing muscle mass gains with a ~250 calorie daily surplus (unless you are a novice) which is going to be about 2lbs a month, so you bulk for 4 months and gain 8lbs and then you can cut that away easily with a month long aggressive cut

Try intermittent fasting + carb refeed days (only when you get close to 12% body fat though).

It made cutting super easy for me and I was able to go from 16% to 11% in about 8 weeks. The first few weeks were difficult with hunger pangs as my body got adjusted to my new eating window (used to eat from 8:30 AM all the way to 9:30 PM). Drink lots of water and make sure your electrolytes are in balance - ESPECIALLY if you're doing keto.

You could keep one day of the week as a carb refeed day and make sure you have lots of clean carbs like oats, pasta, and rice (I would ingest about 65% of my calories from carbs on a refeed day). Avoid processed sweets of course. Up your carbs slightly on training days and keep them very low while not training.
