a good way to determine if you should bulk or cut. if you can see your abs, it's time to bulk. once you stop seeing your abs, keep bulking for another month or two and then cut until you see your abs again. from there keep cutting for another month and then bulk again.

Not OP but since the thread is here, same question: cut or bulk? Any parts that I should work out more? And do I have gyno, or will that go away with more chest work & cutting?

yeah, this is the lowest weight I've been in a long time--every year in the past I'd bulk for winter and then fail to cut enough in time for summer and would just look fat. So this year I decided to cut first and then clean bulk once I was happy with my leanness. Looks like it's about time to start clean bulking, then.

Who knows? But it won't matter bc you don't have any muscle. Just lean bulk steadily and slowly for at least 6 months and then consider cutting. You'll look skinny fat most likely if you cut now. You got loose skin which isn't helping. Bulk to a considerable muscle mass then cut.
