GAPS protocol diet to restore gut health
goes hard on the bone broth made from grass fed non gmo animal bones and then reincorporates probiotics like fermented sauerkraut, kvass, kefir, before re-introducing fiber that potential bad gut bacteria might feed off if not enough priobiotics are present
its a really interesting meme diet, lots of videos online of moms using it on their autistic kids and seeing results, look into it
cleared up my ass-blasting diarrhea
oats,whole milk,dark chocolate(90% cocoa),prunes
least meme health thing on fit you should def eat gut friendly foods
does this really work? My sister has chrons, and I have bad IBS. I love fermented foods, I eat my homemade kraut, kvass, and hot sauce all the time. I haven't noticed much change besides no more diarrhea.
I still get the constant gas, bloating, and mental fog/anxiety from an upset stomach from eating something as benign as a mushroom.
Anyone with IBS have any tricks?
crohns and ibs? take a probiotic, eat fermented foods, switch to keto

DESU I thought it was 100% bullshit until I did an extended fast. Shit out some bad bacteria apparently. It's harder for my body to store fat now, even if I eat 3500 kcal per day, and I don't get tonsil stones anymore, even though I used to CONSTANTLY have to cough them up. I'm not sure how gut bacteria could affect that, but it has to be related.
