Pain increases exponentially and no exercise can even begin to match the agony you'll feel from this. In relation, all other exercises become a fucking piece of cake when literally nothing will even make you flinch anymore.

Make sure you don't tuck in your arms, they need to stay at a 90 degree angle relative to your torso, and be parallel with the ground.

You can do this shit too by using your fists, but you won't be able to do it straight away, you'll need lifting gloves or some sort. Don't ever do it with your palms flat because you'll fuck up your wrists for the rest of your life. Make sure they stay straight and don't tuck.
