How often do you fuckers feel 100%. no musculoskeletal injuries. Everything functioning properly.
Quick question
Most of the time because
I don't lift
.
makes sense...i enjoy being amazingly strong though. I wonder is that just the trade-off
I guess. Most athletes of any kind basically sacrifice their long term health to short term achievements.
95% of the time. I've been lifting for around a year and the only time something hurts is when i do deadlifts and when i bench (rotator cuff), but thats only DURING the workout.
Never I have chronic foot pain. I'm not sure what the exact cause is, it began after a fracture but the doc said it's not the fracture so my current hypothesis is that it's due to changed weight loading due to muscular asymmetry that occured after the injury.
lol never because i actually train hard at the gym
Feeling pain most of the time is not normal you fucking mongoloids
no pain no gain remember
different kind of pain
I would agree if it were always in the same place, or ever very severe pain. Its neither. some weeks my wrist will be a little strained, some weeks my back might ache. If it up my bench too quickly I get rotator cuff soreness etc etc.
But usually, something is sub-optimum
im pretty sure if you lifted heavy free weights 4-5 times a week you would not, "never" have injuries
Do you count muscle soreness as less than 100%? If so, less than 5%, of the time
no, i mean just bad pain.
My knees and my SI joint were bothering me at the end of the year. Took a break from heavy squat and deads. Got weaker but working my way back up and so far so good in terms of pain this year.
He's responding to OP so he said he never feels 100%.
My right shoulder was hurting. I gave it a week rest. Went to my chiropractor for my monthly adjustment he said it felt like something with my ac joint. He then cracked the shit out of my neck four times. And in a few hours the pain is completely gone. The shoulder just feels a little more weak than my right shoulder.
ah, excuse me, brain fart
For full days almost never.
Most of the time I've got DOMS, bruises, something strained or twisted etc.
I like the feeling though, you know you did something and you actually can feel something.
There are phases however, especially after the warm up where I feel perfect.
