My biceps are okay. At least, they have shape. But the backs of my arms are real skinny. At certain angles my forearm is thicker.
What exercises should i do to balance out my arms?

Just started trying to get Veeky Forums, and have questions on how realistic my goals are


5'6" manlet 165 lbs. doing Reg Parks beginner program and eating around 1500 to 1800 cal a day. how realistic is it that I hit 145 lbs. by mid March.

Don't worry about cutting yet just eat clean with lots of protein and focus on learning form and developing a routine. Cut after at least a year of putting on muscle otherwise you'll go from 165 skinny fat to 145 skinny fat.

Just signed up for a new gym after moving. I picked the one with the most squat racks but when i went in today i realized there were no safeties on any of them except one. Am i just not looking hard enough? Whenever i've had a really good 2hr swim with really decent pacing, and little to no bonking in the end of the sets, i pack my shit, grab a banana, drink a bottle of water, go home, eat proteins and some carbs (egg+sardine wraps f.ex)

Find calorie goal.
1 g protein/lb lean bodyweight. Meat, eggs, milk are good sources.
Have fat be 20-30% of your calories, so if you lack some after the protein get some from seeds/peanuts/etc
Fill rest with complex carbs like potatoes/rice/cereal/veggies. A fruit or two is good too despite the fructose.

Do you have full ROM in your neck though? Rotation, flexion, extension, lateral flexion, retraction, protraction. Check those and see if some movement exaccerbate your symptoms.

Keep going until you can't get 5. Make sure you don't keep adding large amounts of weight as progress slows down though. It's unrealistic to keep adding 2.5 kg when your strength isn't going up that quickly anymore.
You need micro plates. The alternative is to just take that deload sooner, which isn't that much of a problem on GSLP compared to the other linear progression programs.

Whenever I work out my face goes as red as a tomato and it will not go away until an hour after I stop working. I also get it when I'm excited,talking to new people or going from a hot to cold area, like when I take a shower. Or the other way around, like coming from outside in the winter and going in a heated store/home.

Is it bad if you do cardio 4 times a week after lifting? The cardio consists of moderate intensity for 30 mins 3 times a week and 1 day 1 minute hill sprinting for 10 mins (with a 1 minute rest). Currently clean bulking and wanting to keep some endurance.

DL : 125kg
squat : 105kg
bench : 75kg
ohp : 52.5kg
powerclean : 45kg (started doing it recently)

I'm 181cm and 100kg. Tdee is 2800, i'm eating 2800 the days i lift and nothing the days i don't, which makes ~1400cal a day.

It makes me fucking exhausted, and i feel like i am not recovering well from my workouts.

My question is, should i deload and not add weight until i'm not a fatass anymore, or should i just resign myself to lose weight less quickly and eat more?

Listen, if cutting weight feels miserable, you're doing it wrong. Just eat a little below your TDEE and focus on making progress in the gym. No, you won't lose 2 kgs a week, but in a year you'll look infinitely better and you'll have fun on your way there. And above all, it'll be sustainable.
