Can grams of AAS make up for a short term "plant based" diet along with favorable genetics after developing a high ratio of muscle mass on meat and dairy during adolescence and puberty?
Yes.

there are 2 correct answers
spend all day eating all the plants
spend a small portion of your day eating the animals after they've eaten all the plants
but don't mix the 2

If the source of protein intake is irrelevant then I’ll continue eating meat, thank you very much, dr.senpai.

Really, wow? Should I start eating my own shit as well, so I can conserve the plant protein that’s dripping out of my asshole. fucking faggot vegans are the cancer of Veeky Forums

And? All animals are just meat plants. Nervous systems are so overrepresented regarding who we give our ethical considerations to. Plants are conscious just like us mammas. Meat is much more nutrient dense than any plants so I'll continue to eat meat with some plants on the side.

Kendrick Farris isn't natty, same as any Olympic lifter.

>For proof, look at this anecdotal evidence
It's like the english major thinks she's a scientist

you know what?
after all of the bs, i came to realize i just don't give a fuck
i legit don't give a fucking damn if some pigs live 8 months, or 3 years,
i like eating meat, plain and simple.
it tastes fucking nice, like 10/10 nice.
all of my favorite foods have meat in them
if a bunch of animals have to die for it, then whatever.

Vegetarians are a very small (2%), and vegans an even smaller (0.5%), portion of the population. They are more than twice as likely as omnivores to be politically liberal. The vast majority of vegetarians (86%) and vegans (70%) eventually return to eating meat. Almost one-third (29%) reported specific health-related symptoms while on their special diet, and only a minority of former vegetarians/vegans (37%) stated an interest in returning to that kind of diet.

High-fiber diets may reduce the half-life of vitamin D3 in blood plasma. This study was done on "Asian" (unclear as to whether this means Orientals or Indians/Pakis etc.) immigrants, so there may be some racial genetic causation involved as well.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6299329

A study of German vegans shows that their diet is deficient in vitamin B12, which may negatively impact their cardiovascular health.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16219987

Health aspects of vegetarianism should be considered in the light of possible damaging effects arising from vitamin B-12 deficiency and hyperhomocysteinemia.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12816782

Blood plasma levels of omega-3 fatty acids are lower in vegetarians than they are in omnivores.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16087975

Vegetarians are more prone to having iodine deficiency.
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12748410

Vegetarian diets reduce testosterone in men. This study used a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, and not the more strict vegan diet.
