I'm lazy so all I do is microwave a can of black beans for 3 minutes then add a can of chicken, shredded carrots and cheese. I stir that shit up so it looks like shit but tastes amazing.

Carbs are fine. Gluten pasta (which have lectins and are shit tier even to non-celiacs) and cheese are the problem. Getting a lot of carbs from rice pose no problem.

They're inflammatory, as in they increase inflammatory cytokines which play a role in cancer and every degenerative disease. They're not really in a lot of actually "good food" and avoiding them completely is quite easy and has a positive impact.
But whatever, you can eat your beans if you want. Just know that all beans have the same anti-androgenic phytoestrogens that soy has (which are genistein and daidzein), they're just present in less quantity.

Dairy is inflammatory, yes. It has casomorphins, an opioid-like substance that increases inflammation and neurotoxicity (has been linked with autism).
Personally I don't focus on protein, I just eat a lot of white basmati rice and end up with at least 30g of protein from it. Add like 20g from various vegetables that don't have lectins.
Chicken that wasn't fed soy and injected with estrogen would be a non-inflammatory protein source. Egg whites are somewhat fine (high in tryptophan so ideally eat with glycine to balance it). Grass fed beef although its high iron increases oxidative stress but you can partially block the absorption by taking calcium with it.
