You're kidding but I've gotten compliments from people at the gym on my lifts, apparently I'm stronger than what people assume from my looks

Going to the gym and getting bigger increased my confidence, I got a girlfriend a few months after reaching 2pl8 bench so that's partially not bullshit

When I get asked how I got big (I'm only at 1.25/2.5/3.2/4.2, but I was underweight before joining a gym) I unironically say this, that I just had to eat a bit more and I've been doing a brosplit. This way we'll prevent people from looking for better programs and tracking their diet when they don't see results, so that the number of people with decent physiques will stay low and we'll look better when compared to the average man.
