How do you prepare your oatmeal?

How do you prepare your oatmeal?

Raw oats + milk

>not adding peanutbutter
Never gonna make it

I add water and put it in the fridge for the night. Then i grind up 2 table spoons of pumpkin, sezame and flax seeds. Put oats, water, ground seeds, 2 apples, 2 bananas in blender.

Oats + milk + peanut butter and nothing more?

water and oats over medium heat. ~10 minutes to cook, plain as fuck snack but whatever

raw oats with milk, let it sit for 20 hours on the fridge

oatmeal + milk + honey
is it good for cutting?

Oats + water, boil it up then add 2tsp of peanut butter

Though lately I've developed a taste for raw uncooked oats after learning that some of you guys eat them that way. They remind me of these chocolate chip oaty bars I used to have in my lunchbox as a kid.

I’ve switched to doing cottage cheese for breakfast desu and I fucking love it

Oats boiled in milk, just a dash of salt and serve with a tablespoon of brown sugar

Blend into dust. Mix with shake. Way faster to drink with how filling oatmeal can be.

Oats + Milk, heat it up, then add a scrambled banana and mix it up

oats, milk, whey and some berries and/or bananas mixed together and put into the fridge overnight

>A bit of oats
>Twice as much milk
>Microwave for 1.4minutes
>Teaspoon of honey
>Bunch of cinnamon
>Frozen blueberries and lingonberries
>Mix
>Microwave for 30 seconds

Bueno

this or protein powder

milk and honey are not good for cutting lol

Low-fat milk and only a bit of honey and it's fine.

i eat it raw fuck you

is there any real advantage to steel cut oats over rolled oats?

what the fuck, i haven't seen these in years

I added peanut butter and vanilla milkshake flavoured proton powder to an oatmeal. It was quite possibly the single worst tasting meal I have ever had the displeasure of eating. The last few mouthfuls almost made me gag.

Rolled oats are for bulking, steel cut oats are for cutting.

500 grams of oats with hot water

this plus a banana

explain

Switch the honey with cinnamon.

>100gr oatmeal
>250ml milk
>100gr blueberries
feelsgoodman

I discovered the glory that is oats + milk + granola + raw cocoa powder and I can't go back, how do I fight the urge to eat it? I'm afraid I'm going to get fat.

haha yes mate. I ate a handful of raw oats the other day to see what they tasted like and suddenly remembered they exist. was a nice reminder

He's memeing you

Eat balanced portions and cut out the granola cause it's garbage sugar

Never forget that little bit of love when you cook

this + 1 scoop whey + 1 tbsp cinnamon + 5g creatine. On a cut so I can't add fruit.

>cut out the granola cause it's garbage sugar
It's sugarless organic granola though.

>oats
>water, coconut milk or almond milk until the oats kinda float
>microwave until it soaks most of it
>add a sliced banana, raw cacao and cinnamon
>if needing fats and/or kcals add some peanut butter
>throw some pecans or macadamia too or put some gyulian chocolate on top of it
>stir all of it

pretty goat, can no longer use milk since last time I puked from some old egg my stomach now refuses milk(but is okay with dairy in other forms, like cheese)

Oats,
Blueberries/Banana/Strawberries,
Scoop of whey,
Chia seeds,
Two spoons of Greek yogurt,
Milk

Left to sit in the fridge overnight

Would add peanut butter but I eat them raw so wouldn't really melt and work. May add some cinnamon after reading this thread though

is this fridge thing a meme
what does it do

Depends, if I want it hot then I go with 1.5 parts water to 1 part oats, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Otherwise I just let it soak in milk/water for awhile
>is honey good for cutting
???????????

I make enough for two days, being it contains milk and I'm not eating it then and there, in the fridge it goes

oats soak up the milk and become soft while staying cold, also requires no cooking

putting it in the fridge does the same thing as cooking it: it lets the oats soak up the liquid
only real difference is you dont boil/cook it, and it takes longer, but since its overnight, who cares

Am I wasting my time doing side lateral raises to work pic related?
If so what's better?
Also I haven't made oatmeal in years I think I hate it, maybe I'll try it again.

if i told you how to make spaghetti i wouldn't end with
>and then i put the leftovers in the fridge for about 20 hours

ok so sort of like cold brewing coffee instead of hot coffee

What?

Are there really people who microwave oatmeal what the fuck

oats get shoked and you can digest it better and fiils you up. Also its cold and nice.

Mason jar with oats, milk, greek yogurt, peanut butter, almond slices, chia seeds, and banana

shake it up and leave in fridge overnight

>Oats
>Peanut butter (nothing added)
>Unsweetened almond milk (real milk is too sweet imo)
>Sometimes sliced banana

Does it need to be more complicated?

Chia seeds, urine for gains, leave it in jar in the freezer

90g steel cut oats with hot water and salt. Add over easy egg or soft boiled egg. Mix and eat

90g rolled oats with hot water. 20g blueberry preserves. Mix and eat

granola bars were THE SHIT as a child

The ultimate oatmeal is
oats
milk
scoop of protons
peanut butter
honey or maple syrup
sliced banana or other fruit

100g oats, cup of milk, half a spoon of honey and a sliced banana

i like eating a big breakfast
2 cups oats
5tbsp natural peanut butter
2 scoops whey

made with hot water, sometimes almond milk.

dry with salt

Are you a sc*t by any chance?

a what?

A Scotsman, scum of the earth

...

overnight oats with skim milk then mix it with greek yogurt or light yogurt, fruits, protein, etc.

Y’all dumb as fuck

>1 cup of steel cut oats
>finish cooking it
>poor in 1 cup of egg whites and mix until fully incorporated and cooked
>cut up a few strawberries in it
>few tablespoons of Splenda

Farkin delicious bros

I don't know what you're talking about but side raises are never a waste of time. God and John McCain do them. So did Stalin.

Add it to my yogurt with berries

I was just asking if side raises where actually effective. I lift twice a week just for maintenance and I've been doing side raises for the past couple months, I didn't do them much at all till this year so wanted to know if I was wasting my time with them or not.

Oats + water (lactose), dark berries, walnuts + honey

Pretty much, yeah. I'm gonna steal that analogy.

Cinnamon and pour a little of my water and whey shake into it. Nice post workout.

add a fat banana in the mix. Thank me later

This

Water + oats. I legit have my mom make it because it comes out like oatmeal cookie batter when she does it but it looks like porridge when I try

>melt coconut oil in small pot
>add 1/3 cup of steel-cut öats
>roast until the house is full of nutty öat smell
>take kettle of hot water that I used to brew coffee and pour 10 oz of hot water on öats pot
>add a handful of slivered almonds
>add a teaspoon of brown sugar
>add a handful of frozen blueberries
>let simmer for 20 - 30 minutes
>scoop out into bowl once finished
>add a few splashes of milk (or heavy cream if I have it)
>add a few shakes of ground cinnamon
>stir
>let cool for 10-15 minutes
>shove öats down my throat once cool

I use water and add a tablespoon of honey.

>oats get shoked
This guy gets it
Gotta confuse your oats

Hot water, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. Throw it in the fridge for some hours and taste gold.

1/3 cup oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1/2 banana
1 serving cup of unsweetened applesauce
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
1/2 cup milk

Just a bit of whey. Maybe some milk if I make it too thicc.

>pour oats in my mouth
>pour water in my mouth
chew

honey
greek yogurt
almonds
fuck oatmeals

>250 gram oats
>blend that shit with protein powder and water
>drink

oats, ice cream, peanut butter, milk, banana

blend that shit and drink, go bloat or go home

Just ate:
>150g oats
>2cups almond/cashew melk
>3 heaping tbsp PB (6tbsp)
>carnation instant breakfast
>30g BulkSupps brahhtein
>1 banana

Been letting the oats and almond milk sit for 2 hours while I do my workout: that's the whey to do it. Less butt stank when they sit I think.

Still have +1000kcal to go ;_;

>boil 1.5 cups water
>add 120 grams of quick oats
>let it boil briefly, then mix in 2 tbsp PB
>put into bowl, top with 25 grams brown sugar, don't mix it in
>pour cup of milk into bowl as you eat; fold oats and sugar into milk to produce one cooled bite at a time
>have with coffee, vitamins, and fruit if I have any

1/3 cup oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
6 oz almond milk
Leave in fridge overnight with some blueberries on top

1 cup oats
1 cup water
1 cup whole milk

Cook, then add:
Brown coconut sugar
2 tbs hemp hearts
make a little depression in the center and add a tbs of jam, top with a hand-full of blueberries

fuck autocorrect changed it.

Milk, Oats and some frozen berries. Maybe microwave it for about a minute or 2 depending on my mood.

Oats + rosewater (maward) + milk + banana + berries or any other fruit
Or
Oats + milk + cacao (for those epicatechin gains) + banana

kek

If you confuse them you also activate them

This plus raw honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Nothing in this world is greater.

i blend it with bananas, proteinpowder, cacao, seeds and some almond butter. then i add some more oats.

I put 4dl of oats in a bowl, boil some water and pour it over the oats. Wait 5 minutes and eat, can add salt if you want to.

Been eating it like that for five years now, it's pretty much perfect

Fuck, I need to try this, is it cinnamon powder?

EGG WHITES OAT MEAL GOOD FUCKING MORNING

Raw oats, boiling water, chopped almonds and one banana.

>200g oats
>2-3 Bananas
>500ml Chocolate/ Vanilla Soymilk
>Maca Powder
>a bit of Maple Sirup
> and 100g of Soyflakes, they're pressed and dried soy beans and have an incredible amount of 40% protein If you aren't afraid of the soyboy meme pick them up. I got 500g for 2,25€ its a lot cheaper than most protein powders

and I also like to add pumpkin seeds

Oat thread? Cool, I'm having a hard time working out which of these oats is the best to go for. Any ideas?

Absolutely this, but often with banana. Doing any shit that involves cooking them is just silly. Why would you evaporate your gains?

Lateral raises are definitely effective, you just need to use high volume/frequency. Make sure you're using proper form and go for a 10x10 4-5x a week. Watch your delts explode off your body after a month
good form won't leave you with shoulder impingement
