Heres what I eat:
2 shakes of this:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups whole milk
4 tablespoons dextrose
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup protein powder
this is about 1600 calories each
then I eat 2 cups of split peas each cup about 44g of protein, 100 or so g of carbs
altogether it comes down to about 4000 calories, 180 g of protein, 100 g of fat, 600 or so g carbs. I pay $15 a week on average for this, the main thing that reduces the cost is buying the oats in bulk online.

I used to eat a pound of fatty cheap ground beef a day which was about 80g of protein, 80g of fat or so. Even though its the cheapest meat I could get it was still about $3 a pound. By cutting it I reduced my food budget by about $20 a week. I get about half of my protein from animal products so I feel its not a huge loss.
As far as I am concerned this is the most effective bulking method for poorfags like me.
