Recover gains

My 1RM for Squat, bench and dead were 180kg, 138 and 200kg before I has to stop working out due to a shoulder injury. Too months later im fully recovered but I can barely do 50% of my previous lifts... How long does it take to get my strength back? What kind of routine should I focus on to achieve that?

In my experience, a few months. The muscles remember well. Just pick a good routine and take it slow, you will have new PRs in no time as long as you are consistent, careful, and clever about it.

She will never sit on your face, why bother lads

That’s peak performance

I love bellies like that. Holy fuck I want to impregnate her.

is there a male equivalent to this? is it even possible for a guy to be overweight and have the fat build in just the PERFECT places? I don`t think it`s possible, as men build fat in the belly...

she's a little on the chubby side, but damn why do i find her so sexually alluring?

Why not just go with an LP routine like starting strength?

The structure is already there, you just have to re-activate it.

You could probably add 10lb/session to all of your lifts until you approach your previous levels.

babby making thiccness that's why

Don't worry, it will come back quite fast.
Also, it's depending on how many years/months you've been training before the injury. If 2+ years, about 2 months and you will regain your strength.

Prime babymaking years. Its a primal thing.

i cant believe guys are into this fat fuck.

Brehs.....

She looks like shit now. Full on box body with to much fat and even if it isn't to much today, guarantee in 2-3 years she will BLOATMAX
BASED

Fat in the right places, she looks juicy as fuck. One of the most attractive celebrities right now, imo. But like if she keeps it up she’ll definitely look like shit in a few years

When is she gonna just say fuck it and do porn

I wanna see them titty scars

>being this low test
You are basically are girl hormonewise

she already looks terrible, op's pic is old

She's 18+ right?

Tbh, the best you could probably hope for is having some of it end up on your shoulders, neck, back and arms, and not around your hips and lower back. A friend of mine is EXTREMELY lucky with his fat deposition, with having none of the fat (visibly) going to his hips/lower back/"sides" while being very overweight, if not outright obese.
