Shit tier supplements

>Be me, Aussiefag
>Big fancy Costco opens near town
>"I can go get bulk, cheap supplements"
>30 minute drive, but worth it I say
>Wade through legions of hambeasts in dorito isle to barren wasteland of health foods section
>Find 1kg of Creatine for 20 dollarydoos
>"That will last me a year"
>Grab a tub for me and one for a friend, some whey, and some fish oil
>Get home, open it and see that the scoop is massive
>Check the back
>Only 75g of Creatine in the whole fucking thing, the rest is sugar, flavoring and bull semen
>Now I have to go on another quest to morbid obese-city to return this shit

Anyone else ever get some really shitty supplements?

rip

Hijacking this thread to talk about Aussie costco.
Only good/cost effecting if you eat pure shit. The roast chickens and muffins are god teir though

>going to gym
>forgot preworkout shake
>asking gym staff to give me one of theirs
>tastes like pure sugar
>ask for the container
>read the label
>label says its cofeein + sugar (no synephedrin etc. in that shit)
>mfw i just drank soda
>mfw i paid 4euro for that
>mfw i could have had 2 sips for that money

>be aussiefag
>ignorant to bulknutrients
lol

>roast chickens god tier
strewth m8

Does costco have protein bars?
If so are they decent?

dude you could buy some creapure online for that price.

I got some a while ago, 90% are meal-replacement crap targeted at single 40 yr old mums who think they can be attractive if they lose 5 kilos though.

Pic in a sec

Ye online really is the best option. Fuck retail shopping.

what's the products called?
that's pretty funny

Australian roast chickens come with stuffing, and I think that's great. All you need for a meal is to sautee some veg and you're golden.

I had fun in Australia but holy shit is eating out expensive, also I don't understand why any sandwich served on a bun is a "burger".

Still pretty bad. Musashi and others way better.
USN Coreseries

24 for how much?
Do seem kinda small, but maybe they're cheap

I'm sorry OP you have to go through this bullshit but at least its 20 dollars?

why not just make your own bars
there's a million good reciepes out there and it's cheaper and pretty ez

That kind of sucks, but do you not read labels for new things before you buy them? It's both costco's fault for having a shitty product, and your fault for just being a blind sheep consumer.

Can't really remember, sorry dude, I think around $20

Eating out is super expensive. And you bloody nig nogs check out blackbelt protein. Its like $99 for 5kg with free shipping. Flavs are pretty average though.

the fuck is it supposed to be?

Whats the best place to buy protein and creatine in australia? I can't find that shit cheap.

I get these in CA, USA. Chocolate chip and chocolate brownie flavors in the box. Pretty damn good IMO, and the nutrition info is pretty good. the wrappers actually say there are less net carbs than the box.

Online is the best bet.
Had some cheap protein from Derimut Gym's - Recently was $49 for a standard tub of ISO

i have these at my costco

Any links to good recipes? Have always screwed up getting them to bind well.

I tried a bakeless recipe which basically just consisted of oats, whey, and coconut milk.
Did not work at all, never set.
Everything else seems to be too damn complicated

...

Legend, I'll try this tomorrow

>biting into a bar of psyllium husk
mmm cardboard

>live in kangaroo land
>doesn't buy from bulk nutrients

You're own damn fault m8

never tried it but you can probably change that up

>mentions soy 4 times
>also has soy protein isolate

Alright bud

>claims to be aussie
>doesn't have 30 bulk nutrients shakers
I'm skeptical
