why would you do this

It lowers total inflammation. I feel really good, am signifiantly stronger for a few hours afterwards, and have a much better recovery for both sore muscles and injuries.

Also it's excellent for mentality; beginning the day with something that's not confortable is a good reminder to me that I'm willing to sacrifice things for my objectives.

How fucking stupid do you have to be to post a video that is supposed to prove your claim, when the video literally disproves it? The guy goes through all the points and shows how the science doesn't match the claims, and that a person might, if they are extremely lucky, burn an extra 70 calories.

I ran track and XC in college, and we took ice baths almost every day, 10-15 minutes up to our belly buttons at ~50 degrees F. I could get rock hard and fap or fuck several times per day, easily. I switched to lifting after college, and now it's once per day max. Sometimes if I have sex before bed and my gf wants morning sex the next day it's difficult to stay hard. I'm not sure whether to attribute this to the lack of ice baths, or the lack of cardio. It's pretty amazing, I was doing 70-80 miles per week so my test should have been rock bottom, too.

Took my first one since adolescent summer camp yesterday. I had to start with lukewarm water but let it gradually cool and it felt great, I was bouncing around with energy during and afterward and I hadn't even had any caffeine.
