mfw I just go whenever. It's usually between 20:00-04:00, sometimes I'll go first thing after waking at 07:00 but it's already fairly packed, but drops off at aroung 07:30-08:00 cause of people getting ready for work.

Peak time is 17:00-19:00 so I very rarely go then, and only if I absolutely must. That's why I need a 24/7 gym. My gf and I are saving for a mortgage and once we get the house, I'm building a home gym, and all I need is pretty much a set of dumbells, power rack, barbell, bench, and olympic bar, and preferably olympic weights/bumper plates.

I'm a uni cuck so I can only go to the gym around 11am when my schedule allows

I do 5am, and it's great until all the other DYELs find out about it too, and literally race you to the fucking power cage to do some shitty form lightweight squats when you got a >4pl8 lift on fucking intensity day.

the crowd is at office closing time and before dinner, so 05:00 PM - 08:30 PM
at 09:30 PM there's usually only few youngsters, at 10:00 PM again only few dedicated individuals. But it's too late, good going back at home at, let's say, 11:00 PM, eat something, and immediately head to bed and sleep (after exercising I'm way more awake)

Honestly the only bad time to go to the gym is between 5pm and about 9pm. That's when I've noticed the greatest amount of Undersirables come swarming in.

dont hit the gym at 6am. the reason why you're taller in the morning is because your spinal discs absorb water and nutrients when you're horizontal for long periods of time. if you lift first thing in the morning, you're much more likely to herniate a disc because it takes a bit of time for the extra liquid to be squished out by being vertical!

I guess that's just how someone who isn't in a relationship they know will last thinks. I moved into her parent place to save money on rent, and we basically spend all our spare time in the bedroom chilling together, and everybody, my father and others included, said it would never work, and we'd end up at each others throats after a couple months. We've been here for a year now and I'm still happy, and the only reason she is so desperate to move out, is cause of how she gets treated by her family.

We've only been saving since roughly October/November time, but we've got 2-3g between us now.

i like to listen to music. theyre doing group trainings at that time. so i hear the music of the group lessons over my own music. so thats why i go early

As a student my schedule has been insanely forgiving this year as far as lectures go.
Gym at about 7:45am is amazing, all the weights where they should be, clean equipment and I'm normally the only one there.

Honestly the best time I've ever gone is about 1-3pm on weekdays.

Between 11am and 3pm my gym is a total ghost town, it's great, except I always get up later than that.
