I didnt do any sports for like 3 months before I started lifting. I had surgery for a pretty bad pectus excavatum, you can still see the scar under my chest. Before that I played some basketball and tennis but nothing very phsyically. This is just the result of doing most stuff right from the beginning and having pretty good genes. I have insane vascularity and low bf. Im still skinny and weak though
My lifts right now are 0.5/1.25/1.5/?

I usually bench with dumbbells though (30kg max).
Cant really progress my squat that fast because I always have bad DOMS. I have ultra skinny calves too.
