it is kind of genetics, food and rest. I grew until my 23, but it was millimetes after 18. Just be sure to not overtrain, stretch a lot so the muscles don't hind your growth and help you keep your posture.

Manlet here. This is bad advice. Short girls are generally the most obsessed with tall guys. As a short guy, you should primarily be targeting girls between 5’4 and 5’9. That isn’t to say you shouldn’t pursue other girls, but that range has given me the most success.

No. Growth plates don't lock out at 18. I was something like 192cm at 18, now I'm 195 at 20. I heard they lock at at around 25. Though it's uncommon to grow much past 21, and very uncommon past 23.
