Working up to a top set, then doing backoff volume has been around for a ling time. Not everything has to be sets across.

There is an advanced version that has weeks of 5x5, 5x3, then 5x1.

It works, but it's boring.

Amraps and jokers allow for autoregulated top set intensity, and they are fun.

Was on 5/3/1 and was getting shit results, switching to nuckols 28 weeks. Which ones should i do? want to keep to 4-5 days innagym.
