Do deadlifts go on back day or leg day

Do deadlifts go on back day or leg day

>back day
>leg day

Back (pull) day. As long as you don't squat low bar the soreness won't fuck up leg day.

Pull (chest/shoulders/tris)
Push (back/bis)
Legs (legs)

It's literally the same thing, let me guess you're a squat and deadlift low reps low volume SS victim?

>pull
>chest
>push
>back
Wot m8?

you're a legit retard

Not that guy, but you are literally a brainlet who doesn't understand PPL, maybe lurk a bit more

Both.

Someone in this thread definitely is, that is for certain

every day

...

Back day

>Leg day

>he works out any part of his legs that isn't his calves

Its

push (chest/shoulder/tris)
pull (back/bi)
legs

anyway I have a question about PPL. Is it okay if i do PPL but i split up chest and shoulders into seperate days? So for example:

>Push 1(chest)
>Push 2(shoulders)
>Pull (deadlift & back)
>Legs

And then have a routine like P(1)P(2)PLP(1)P(2)x

Or should i stick to regular PPL and have a routine like PPLPPLx to maximize gainz. I just want to gain mass as fast as possible so which of these would work best for me?

>bench
>pull
>pull ups
>push
Yeaaa.. Yea sure man.

I'm bigger than you you stupid fucks and my interpretation of ppl is the truth get back to your SS routines dyels

meant for this retard

If low weight and high volume, leg day.

If high weight and low volume, back day.

How hard was that.

IMO don't split chest and shoulders because both use front delts and tris, so you would exhaust them the first day, and would do shitty work and disrupt recovery on the second, unless you split the days far enough apart.

i do it on back day.
