Depending on how hardcore they are into veganism, some vegans will refuse treatment or medicines because they were developed through testing on animals. They'll be diagnosed with a relatively common cancer that is easily treatable, but refuse the treatment because they think they can cure with natural remedies and through diet. By the time they realize it's not working and they need real medical treatment it's too late and they die.

There isn't a single country in the world that's mostly vegan. I can't even find good data for "anal cancer" rates but in India (which seems to have the most vegans based on its population), anal cancer rates have remained pretty much the same for however many years. And that's with them shitting themselves.
