Who skinnyfat for life here?

I read the sticky read the threads went on a diet cut out soda and fats and ate less carbs and exercised for the past 4 months yet im still stuck with a pot belly sticking out while the rest of my body is skinny. Am I doing something wrong?

Recovering skinnyfat reporting in. I’ve been training for 4 months on a strict diet, and only a week ago have I been eating at a caloric surplus, and I can already see the results. I’m gonna end up a bit fat not to my liking, but that’s just something I have to deal with. Rather that than cuttind and going skellymode and feeling absolutely miserable.

I was skinny fat for years before I started zero carb. I only do it 3-4 days/week but it works. Eat nothing but meat.

You unironically have bad genetics. Some people store almost all of their body fat on their lower belly. If this is the case for you, getting good looking abs, let alone a 6-pack, is probably impossible without roiding. There is no way to change this. Many people will call BS on this, because they have more balanced fat distribution and can't imagine anything different.

Are you doing both HIIT and low intensity cardio? Are you sure it's not visceral fat? If it is visceral fat, then you need to make sure your hormones are ok and that your cortisol isn't too high. Also, make sure that it isn't just anterior pelvic tilt and you look like you have a pot belly, but you actually just have bad posture.
Hope this helped.

>4 months and thinks he's genetically cursed
Remove yourself from the genepool, your kids don't deserve a faggot quitter for a dad.

I also think so. My dad has a belly but he seems to eat healthy.
I myself do eat healthy, do HIIT once per week and a few ab excercises plus lifting 3 more days of course, and I have been skinny fat for years now. I started in the gym only like 4 months ago but shit isnt making sense. This shouldnt be happening in any universe, my diet is literally a-ok.

Try paleo for a couple months if you haven't already. Worked for me

How can i tell it is visceral fat though?

How did the whole process work?
