diet: I wouldn't really about diet at first because when you start working you will see yourself losing fat and gaining muscle. But if you want to track your calories eat a bit less than maintenance, milk it till you can't any stronger, than eat about maintenance. Don't worry about macros right now

YMMV, but it sure as fuck won't be in one month, or two, or three or four or five. Unless you hop on gear, expect a MINIMUM of 1 to 1.5 years or so to start getting towards "ripped" status.

if you already going to the gym make sure you are increasing the weight on the lifts. Getting stronger without gaining bodyweight is how you know you are building muscle and losing fat for a natty, don't bother with brospilts/pump exercises. by the time you hit 1 plate(20kg) per side in the overhead press, 2 plates for the bench, 3 for the squat and 4 for the deadlift and you don't have a huge bodyfat percentage then you will look better than 99percent of people, but that will take about 1-3 years for most people

i do cardio every wed, usually upper body strength every mondays and thurs then leg every tues and fri. i rest on weekends

Neither. Supplements are designed to SUPPLEMENT something in your diet. For example, a proper use of supplements would be taking Vitamin D in the winter, or taking Iron if you're anemic. While protein powders and preworkouts are technically supplements, they're as useful as they are unnecessary.
