How do I maintain my current physique?
Do to studying/life circumstances I'll have only one day per week to actually go to the gym for about a year, so I'm planning on doing a high volume fullbody workout to at least not lose my gains. Is it a good a idea? I know I will not gain any muscle this year. I will have probably like half an hour a day to do some bodyweight exercises as well, is this enough? Or am I doomed to lose all my gains?

You can not only maintain, but even gain on that workout if you go balls to her clit hard enough.
I would suggest doing simple daily calisthenics routines every day as well.
