If there's a Panda Express near you, their grilled teriyaki chicken is good and has fantastic macros. Get mixed veggies as your side to be extra healthy.

I love Chinese food to death, I can eat it every night. But that trash is so calorie dense and unhealthy.

I usually get the noodles and the hunan chicken and I feel like I gain another 20 pounds just by eating it, and that my workout for the past week has been invalidated.

I lost 7 pounds in one week from eating this.

I lost so much weight when I was in college because I lived next to the best goddamn takeout place in the world. Chicken & brocoli with white rice lunch special. Every, single, day. Not even kidding. It was my only meal. I've tasted 100 takeout spots but none compares to that one.

Try buing corn and quinoa vegan spaghetti and basically just replace every unhealthy igredient for a healthy one etc
