I have been tested in my blood and I have fucking 298 nu/l of total testosterone. That's pretty fucking low and I'm almost FUCKING 21 years old. What the fuck can I do to increase that shit? Same bro. I started lifting...like literally 2 weeks ago. Been a skinnyfuck for my entire life and ran track in HS so I guess that's pretty warranted (am 22 now).
I can say that I literally feel the testosterone increase and lifting is pretty much the cause. I started nofap too which has helped a lot (still gotta open the release valve every week or so tho). Had my first wet dream in a long ass time a few nights ago and it was amazing. I started eating better, lifting, and taking vitamin D. I've also heard that chewing gum helps test.

some things to help your testosterone:
first, get at least 8 hours of cuntinuous sleep each night. thats probably the easiest thing you can do.
second: if you are overweight, fix that. body fat converts some of your free testosterone into estradiol - more body fat = less test and more estrogen.
third: eat right. get lots of animal proteins and fats, eat lots of vegetables and fruits. add carbs to fill out your calorie needs.
fourth: train. lift weights regularly, and do it right. if you're a beginner, do a beginner program like SS for a few months to get your strength base up.
if you do all that and still want to do more, you try some of the meme stuff.
