How do I increase my testosterone?

I have been tested in my blood and I have fucking 298 nu/l of total testosterone. That's pretty fucking low and I'm almost FUCKING 21 years old. What the fuck can I do to increase that shit? I started nofap this week and it's still going, but I need more things to make me become a real man, I have unironically NEVER grown a beard in my life and I want this to change.

some things to help your testosterone:
first, get at least 8 hours of cuntinuous sleep each night. thats probably the easiest thing you can do.
second: if you are overweight, fix that. body fat converts some of your free testosterone into estradiol - more body fat = less test and more estrogen.
third: eat right. get lots of animal proteins and fats, eat lots of vegetables and fruits. add carbs to fill out your calorie needs.
fourth: train. lift weights regularly, and do it right. if you're a beginner, do a beginner program like SS for a few months to get your strength base up.

if you do all that and still want to do more, you try some of the meme stuff.

Otherwise 300ng/dl is on the low end of the normal range. You're likely not gonna notice any symptoms of low testosterone at that level. Keep in mind your testosterone fluctuates from the time of day as well as from day to day, you could very well have been tested at a low point in your natural fluctuation. It's nothing to worry about. I still recommend fixing up your lifestyle if it's not up to par.

Now that I've lost weight those thoughts don't come to me. If you have too much body fat you'll be producing excess estrogen. If you don't have enough muscle you won't produce enough test. Simple really; just lift, eat a shit ton, and try to get a good amount of sleep.
