I’m not losing weight... should I go low carb high protein? Like eat under 20g carb?
Anyone here do it successfully ?

protein does the same thing as carbs roughly
low carb, mid protein, high fat

or just stop eating so much

You can only lose weight with calorie deficit. Screw the diets just eat less.

I try
Get headaches, mood swings, bad workouts, stall on lifts, scale doesn’t move so I lose motivation

dont know m8, for me its hard to gain weight, not lose it. also is it not expensive to eat so much (extrapolating that i already pay enough for food and im skinny af)

It's not hard, it's dead simple. You need the drive and will to do it. You lack discipline.

Cardio. Don't eat shit. Lift weights.

In that order.

Try eating 2000-2200 calories for 2 weeks
But be LITERALLY autistic about counting these calories
Measure EVERYTHING even that little apple slice you ate before going to bed
Be really strict about your food intake

And do some light cardio 20-30 minutes 3 times a week AT LEAST
Do this for 2 weeks, if you don't see any weight loss then go to the doctor

Swim. And drink more coffee

Dont do this, this is actual autism and is life draining.

This is what I was going to write. It's what worked for me. I would suggest a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio everyday, plus a full body routine 3 times a week.

Calculators I’ve used put me around 1400-1600
And I count calories religiously for like two days then fuck it up again
I lift 3x per week but don’t ever cardio

How fucking hard is it to run daily and eat chicken broccoli and rice. Just fucking do it you lazy piece of shit.

That's the reason you feel so poorly. You're not eating enough. 2000 calories is a deficit of about 500 calories. The cardio and weightlifting another 300. So you'll be losing over a pound a week whilst sticking to the diet. The diet should be easier to stick to too.

Try intermittent fasting, eat those 2000 calories within an 8-10 hour period.

Less than 20g of carbs a day, and less than 30% of total calories from protein -> Ketosis

You will loose weight, but it's not an easy diet. Been on it since 2nd week in Jan, down from 107 to 95
