i've done this ever since I was a kid, my farts dont make noise anymore and sometimes they slip out. Think that caused it

I thought I could go out to eat and stay in my calories. Then I realized my sandwich came with a plate of fries and I lost control and ate all of them. Debating going for a long walk before bed to try and compensate.

Each session i increase weight on my Squat i go a little less deep. Got from ATG to nearly parallel. When i hit 3pl it's gonna be quarter squats for Sure.
