142 and more like 2 months of actively training FOR the one armed pullup. Yeah I could already crack out several regular reps before hand so its not like I went from dead hang to this in such a short timespan

Shit ton of wide grip pullups, typerwriter/archer pullups, assisted one armed pullups and then generic rows/curls that you’d probably do on the regular

Lost 16 lbs in 3 months. Down to 182lbs . I'm 6'0

5 months of training with perfect diet and sleep, still can only do 4 full rom chinups in a row at best.

now up to 23 pullups as current record, hopefully i can get back up to 27 soon

Do any combination of wide grip pullups, archer/typewriter pullups and assisted OA pullups and do alot of them. You can do weighted pullups too but I never bothered with those persobally

Pulley assisted OAC's.

I got the OAC I'm 2.5 months with that method.
