Jackman, as cool as he is, is all dehydration and angles in these scenes. Really look at his arms. look how absolutely tiny they are. If you viewed his chest from the side you'd think the same, it's flat and small. He's also pulling his arms back and pushing his shoulders forward making them look bigger. His bodyfat here is really impressive though, so it all looks super amplified. If he was 15% bodyfat you'd think he barely goes to the gym.

He certainly isn't natty, but the funny thing is he isn't "really" strong either.

squat: around 160 kg
deadlift: 200 kg

All these stats are achievable in 4 years at worst.
