When I make it it's quite simple, oats, peanuts, banana or apple.
When my gf makes it, she makes it all chocolate and sweet, so at least I'm alternating the taste and don'T get tired of it.

Oats is the shit, I make mine in the microwave and throw in a couple of eggs aswell. Then usually some fruit or fruit smoothie

I had some polenta with caramelized walnuts.(just a teaspoon of brown sugar and a few walnuts for the pot)
I like it, because it's simple, not overly sweet and has a nice texture. My favourite "small breakfast", however, would be a slice of whole wheat bread with a fried egg, some vegetables and an apple. Super-simple, but delicious.

For sunday's breakfast, I'll probably take the time to make some french toast with honey and fresh fruit for my boyfriend and me, though.

on saturday and sunday morning i always make the same breakfast, i cook up a chicken sausage link and then add it to a 2 egg omelette with cheddar cheese. my roommate had this loaf of cinnamon bread he didnt want so i cut a few slices and made some french toast with it though and have a glass of whole milk. usually on weekdays i just have bran cereal and milk
