Hammer curls and reverse curls. Your brachialis will never be very big or even visible unless you're pretty shredded, but it will make your arms look bigger and thicker

The answer is reverse curls.

Well i had the same problems because i only do pullups be then insted of doing them fast i tried doing the chinups and getting as high as possible squeazing the bar as hard as i could, it reduced my reps by a ton but i got better results
