I haven't taken a shit in three days, breh. The only time I do it's just my body getting rid of the tiny amount remaining in my digestive track. I think it's water too but I dunno. This one's going really, really slow.
Should be best kind, -20lbs is a lot and your body is probably just going into starvation mode.
But this could be worrisome because it might start auto-cannibalizing your muscles if you go too extreme.
I'm 270 lbs and I'm getting all my electrolytes, it's not starvation mode.
