are you 6'1 and above? if so itll be more difficult, especially if youre 180 lbs and above. Try doing floor L-sits, they helped me get the leg flexibility and core strength to do leg raises easily.

Can somebody teach me how to do fucking hanging leg raises? I have been lifting for years, 3/4/5 187cm and about 93 kg. Whenever I do these, I immediately feel my hip flexors tensing up and probably doing all the work, even when I try to stay in an posterior pelvic tilt which you are supposed to do. I would then feel them for days being sore/tens. I have always stretched and done my mobility work, so tight hammies or hips are not the reason.

The only thing impressive about that is her one handed grip strength. I can pull 495 hook and 405x5 double overhand but I couldn't hold myself with one arm for twenty clean reps of leg raises.
