For intermittent fasting, does coffee kick you out of the fasted state? I thought the answer was no but Dr Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogi show says YES.

I hate coffee addicts. Drink water or something that has actual value, like herb teas or hybiscus tea.

If you are doing real IF with a 6 or less hours eating window you'd probably be okay, they are talking about 8-10 hour windows which are not fasting at all, more like fork putdowns.

Also I'd fuck Rhonda despite she looks like feral kid from Mad Max 2

Trying to find out if 1-2 calories will knock you out of the fasted state and lower your HGH levels.

coffee has calories so yes it does kick u out of a fast

No idea, too much conflicting info, one say coffee even with some milk is fine, other say only cofee, other say BONE BROTH is fucking fine, others say no cofee, i omad with only water just to be sure, i add a lil piece of lemon in the glass without squizing it and a couple of mint leaves just for the taste, keep them in the glass the hole day.

>BUMP
I need this question answered once and for all
I just NEED my fucking coffee in the morning because i literally feel like dying when i wake up.

This bitch is obviously retarded, how the fuck is she a doctor in biomed

I drink coffee with almond milk, then do fasted cardio for one hour. I can see my obliques and intercostals. The proof is in the pudding.

My advice is try 3 months without coffee, 3 months with, then you will know once and for all. For me, coffee whilst fasted works perfectly fine.
