I met a girl on Bumble who has a cute face but I kinda had a feeling she was slightly "bigger".

Of course I am not perfect physically, but I do work out at 5am every morning and eat clean...Im probably around 15% body fat.

Normally, I am okay with a THICC girl, but I went to the beach with this chick and she has rolls and cellulite. Absolutely disgusting. She is a cool girl and I can tell she is really interested in me, but at this point Im really turned off. Am I an asshole for ghosting her over appearance?

Not really, OP. I mean you can't really make yourself like someone's appearance. That's like you making yourself like a type of food that tastes disgusting to you. You can only get used to it.

If you like this girl in all ways but physical appearance, consider offering her to be a part of your lifestyle. I don't mean make her get up at 5AM, but maybe go for a hike together, ride bikes, get her interested seamlessly or be open about it. It really depends on your situation which we don't know too much about.

That depends on a lot of different things mate. I've been an Olympic lifter the past 5 years, got around a few girls but none of the ones that caught my eye weren't really that fit. Current gf used to be a shorttrack skater, now is into dancing, boxing and regular gym sessions, but still has that skinny-fat type body. She looks very beautiful to me though and really boosts me on an emotional level.

So in short I suggest re-evaluating your ideals. Maybe you don't need a straight Veeky Forums gf, maybe a person who looks attractive to you and keeps herself in decent health and has active hobbies that takes care of their appearance is all you need.

Don't set the expectations too high, you first had to lift the bar before you added the weights.

You are absolutely right. I feel like she doesnt necessarily need to be Veeky Forums, but I want a girl who is at least in pretty decent shape and takes care of herself. Fat rolls and eating like a slob is such a turn off.
