Try not being a tard before you start the exercise

Front squats

Balancing you and stopping your body from swinging is a lot of the work your work is supposed to be doing in this exercise. Leg raises are hard mate, took me 6 months to do 3 sets of 5. Start with knee raises, get stronker.

I'm not the guy that asked the q initially
I dont care much for leg raises or knee raises, which I've been trying lately
I feel like they bring the hip flexors too much into the picture.
I'm curious to see if dragon flags do it less, since they rely more on the eccentric portion
