what are those ingredients?
oatmeal
something
something else
peanut butter
Looks good I want to know too
i THINK one might be honey? maybe not though, since it says 500 grams of each. that ratio sounds kinda fucked
the ingredients look american, so hopefully some burger here recognizes the packages?
these are basically scooby's bulking bars, the other stuff is nonfat powdered milk and honey
One is honey and the other is bleach

thanks dude
i looked up the scoobys-thing, it looks alright. do you have experience with it?
i just want easy, cheap, small, protein-rich meals, but protein-bars are expensive, even when bought in bulk
>the ingredients look american
>measurements in grams
>price is 6 euros

fair point
probably a bong then
It's edible, but the amount of honey is kind of insane unless you're deliberately spiking your insulin
thanks!

This is the person giving you advice on Veeky Forums
yea i figured i wasnt gonna the ratio of honey in my OP pic, atleast. but im guessing it sorta works as glue, so probably smart to include some amount
also, wtf is powdered milk... im sure we have it norway somewhere
>Bloemen honey
>Anything to do with blowing men
Probably swedish
It's milk with no water in it, normally poor people who can't afford real milk drink it.
As far as the honey goes you're looking at 410 grams of sugar in 18 bars and then with the milk you're up to 660, so there's probably around 700 grams of sugar in 18 bars making each one as sugary as a coke. I'd recommend something else.
is it possible to eat too much of something?
i have smoothie with oats/PB, PB&J sandwich for lunch, and now I wanna make these.
try this
OP here, i figure ill stick to the recipe for the first batch, and then see if i can figure out a way to cut down on the sugar. probably substitute/shorten the honey a lot. plenty glue in peanut-butter, and plenty sweetness too.
thats a lot of carbs dude
thanks
>15g ispaghula husk per bar.
kek. You'd literally shit your brains out
Remember it needs to fit them there macros. Bread and oats have decent protein for carbs and peanut butter has a decent amount of fat and protein relative to the amount of carbs it has. The only way to find a solid answer would be to do the math yourself though.
tldr get some meat in there my dude
bad thing?
i have eggs breakfast and beef mince/beans w/ pasta dinner.
im a lazy stingy bastard trying to min/max my diet. honestly id like to switch up the PB&Js.
>literally
OP, dunno if you're still there but those ingredients are from the Netherlands. It's the supermarkets' (Albert Heijn) own brand, cheap af. From left to right there's oatmeal, honey (? can't read), coffee creamer (pic related) and PB. Good luck.
