Go for regular readjustments at a chiro. Once a week for 5 weeks. Keep working out during the 5 weeks and you'll be fine.

minor scoliosis. Go to a chiropractor/physical therapist who can correct the shoulders (if they just adjust you don't go back, they should give you an actual routine involving band work and stretching). Ignore all other posts, it's SCOLIOSIS, not posture or being dyel.

OP I have scoliosis and a GP was able to diagnose it. I went to phyiso therapy and they referred me to a scoliosis specialist. You're better off just looking up scoliosis specialists and skipping PT. Physio is more for injury/pain therapy.

Had sevre scoliosis, got surgery, spine permanently has metal rods and screws n shit in it and I still have to deal with things like extremely uneven hips and back pain, I legit cannot ever be aesthetic. Looks like you’ve got it mild or medium. I’m telling you this because you can’t ignore it and let it get worse like I did as a teen. Get an X-ray, ask a chiropractor or even a family doctor about it.

This is fixable, either reduce the hole on your lower back while doing abs or do hanging leg raises and all that.
The stronger your core gets, the less tilt you'll have + consciously focus on having good posture.
