I dunno it's easy for me. I drink a shake in the morning, I eat a small salad for lunch, for dinner I drink another protein shake, I snack on a hand full of pistachios twice a day, I workout for an hour or two. I lost ten pounds already and already feeling great. if I'm craving lets say a burger or whatever I buy one, cut in fourths and eat a piece and give the rest to someone else. if you're having cravings, you can try a little bit of whatever you're craving but dont eat in excess.

idk I guess it's part of mental fitness too. I'm working out both mind and body. first week was a bitch but third week and second week I'm feeling great and not craving food like I used to. I used to eat bout 4000 calories a day. first week will suck, but after that you enjoy the salad you eat and you enjoy the shakes.

Muscle is a lot more vascular than fat thus more muscle = higher "metabolism". There is no "damaging metabolism", you either gain or lose mass that you body has to keep alive.

Intermittent fasting is literally so easy and you can have nice meals, again if you’re a fatty it’ll be hard. But I’ve been having. A double bacon and egg roll for breakfast and a steak and two sausages of a night and I went from 130kg in October 2017 to 115.5 January with a lot of drinking and partying in between which means a lot of nights where you just go over board but really you gotta jistnwork it out the day after. Hopefully I’ll be 100 by the end of this month cause I got nothing happening. Just get into the Rythmn of eating at select times and making sure it’s somethkng that’s let you loose weight the day before. But always lift and the days you can’t lift go for long walks to somewhere you’d usually drive to. Listening to something to fill that time of course not being bored, I listen to the old compilations on YouTube of Collin Quinn and Robert Kelly’s podcast because they were both really fat at the time and it’s motivating in terms of listening to something when your really trying to keep up the not eating mindset.

I work a shitty job lifting boxes all day that weigh upwards of 20kg. Not really a huge amount of weight compared to what Veeky Forums lifts, but when you're lifting them up and trying to stack them so that you pick up 200 of them an hour, it's pretty tiring.

All I eat is a can of tuna and 4 rice cakes with a protein shake with 2 SCOOPS for my lunch, but I usually only work up to 6 hours a day.
