Ghrelin is the hunger hormone that makes you feel hungry. You get less of these hormones when you cut and you gain tolerance to it.

Take in less calories than you use in a day and you will lose weight. Just google tdee calculator or calorie intake calculator and find your approximate base calories, then subtract 500 to 1000 calories from that. They usually have a section for approximate exercise too to factor that in. If you want to be safe, just put it on sedentary or little exercise and go off that. 500 less calories is about 1lb a week, 1000 = 2lbs, etc. Typically recommended to not go below that but you do you if you want to starve yourself

You dont have to exercise, but if you do it allows you to eat more and gain cardiovascular and muscular benefits that come with working out. You can just diet if you want, because the body naturally burns off a certain number of calories, approximated by these calculators. So if you eat less then that base rate it wont have food to use up and will survive off energy stores in the body

You got used to more calories when you were getting fat, with time you could eat more and more and ot feel too full. The exact opposite will happen when you lose weight. You stomach will shrink too.

What if I don't want to get twinked out? how do you lose fat without losing muscle mass?
