I find it funny how people take so many supplements when they can just eat real food. Considering how anabolism is peaked 1-2 hours after the workout and the body optimally absorbs 25-35g of PRO at once, enjoy increasing your amino acid pool and inducing gluconeogenesis. When will they learn.

you realize carbs are just fibers or sugars right? you WILL get diabetes if you try living off this stuff alone. use it as a substitute for a meal once a week at most, otherwise you are poisoning your body

I was not gonna reply to you posts but you need a paddling. Carbohydrates are all broken down into glucose in your body. They are the MAIN fuel source of your body, and more importantly your brain. That must be why your post's don't make sense. Diabetes is cause through many pathological reasons, which includes genetics. metabolic syndrome, hypertension, and liver dysfunctions all are risk stratifications that professionals use to screen patients. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have on the topic.

yeah i've been doing this for years, just make sure you keep your fluids up and mixing up flavors really helps

Honestly this stuff has worked well for me.

After six years of lifting i plateaued and my gains stalled for about two years. My problem was low appetite, i couldn't eat enough to get the most out of how hard i trained. Started using this stuff about half a year ago during bulking, drink one shake in the morning for breakfast before the gym and then use it in between meals after as an extra meal, i've started making gains again.

To be honest though, i love optimum's products, but the suggested use on this stuff is garbage, they tell you to take two fucking scoops of this at a time. and do it three times a day and say to do it right after working out and before bed.

Hell no. I take only 1 scoop in the morning, one during my first meal about an hour post workout, and another between meals about 2 hours later. Not only does it cut down overloading your body with carbs and calories, but it saves money too, 2 scoops at a time and this shit is gone in like 12 servings.

So it's worked, but i give optimum an F for how they say to use it, they're usually better about this.

i tried some of this once and it was literally the worst thing i've ever tasted. and i've been to a non touristy area of china so i've tasted some pretty bad stuff. i can't imagine trying to force down 3 shakes a day.
