How do i boost my test

i'm sure this thread has been made thousands of time of Veeky Forums, but, how the fuck do i boost my test?? im talking methods that you have tried and are 100% sure have boosted your testosterone. as in, you had your test measured, did a certain action or consumed a certain substance and then had higher testosterone after another checkup.

i am honestly willing to eat a whole raw onion a day if any of you can give me solid proof that it is beneficial.

Do compound weightlifting, aka multiple muscles at once

Eat the following;

Avocado's: High in monounsaturated fats which is linked to higher test, also a good source of dietary fiber
Pomegranates (juice/fruit): Been used since ages for increased libido
Onnion/Garlic: reduces stress hormones and potentially increases test because of that
grass-fed beef/lamb: good animal proteins
Olive oil: monounsatured fats again.
Brocolli: has indole-3 which reduces estrogen by ALOT, same goes for spinach and kale
Greek yoghurt: living bacteria that helps your gut stay healthy and process proteins more efficiently
Supplements: Zinc, Fish oil, creatine, magnesium, multivitamins

Don't do the following:

soy; soy contains phytoestrogens which MAY increase estrogen levels, even if it's pseudoscience you're better safe then sorry
alcohol: shitfest all around, drink a shot of a strong spirit like once a week and its enough
beer: estrogen

Only thing id add to this is ashwagandha supp which decreases cortisol and increases test

Taking this at face value - what specifically is it about raw onions that is so beneficial?

Someone posted like 10ish pages of a paper supporting this a week or two ago. Did anyone save it? IDK if they found increased test, but it was a double blind RCT and the group taking ashwahghanda had better strength gains in bench and squat than placebo group (though I think it was beginner lifters).

Also for fucking real quit porn and fapping, it won't increase test, but it'll fix dopamine receptors after a long time of doing it (remember, totals is more important than streak, if you fail, just try again), and dopamine receptors being well functioning is extremely important to make use of the testosterone you already have.

This user is right. Plus being able to get that shot of dopamine or adrenaline or whatever it is when I see some noice asscheeks is better than fapping constantly.

From what I've read Zinc and Magnesium compete to get absorbed by your body, so it is most effective to space them out. Studies have also shown that magnesium consumed before a workout shows a considerable drop in blood lactate levels, so maybe it's best to take mag with pre-workout then take zinc before bed.
