I use Windows with the Linux Subsystem for my nixxy needs. I've given up on the full Linux desktop, Windows is nicer.

Software development is so much nicer on Linux. You can't even develop C or C++ apps easily on Windows. On Linux those dev environments are pre-installed.

WSL is literally Ubuntu (or one of a couple other distros) installed on Windows though. I get zsh and all the Linux dev tools, I get Photoshop, I get sensible volume controls and a file picker that has image previews, and easy-to-use Window management all at once.

you are overtraining user, which fucks your strength causing you to stall hard. because you are overtraining you are getting sick because your immune system is weak. when you get sick you finally take a break and your body can repair the muscles even if you are on low kcal you still recover because you do nothing for a week and finally recovered. And tada that is what happens to you.
