I haven't been eating a lot lately

Eat at most two meals a day, never eat breakfast. Too scared of gaining any fat because it all instantly goes to my ass and face to actually properly bulk.

been 'bulking/lifting' for a month and a half now.
put in quotation marks cause things are still falling into place while i get the hang of things, but feels good since i know good things are ahead :)
what do you guys do for lunch? i skip it a lot, need something quick and easy.

i really recommend liquefying your calories! shakes (oats, berries, bananas, milk, pb) are actually really tasty, kinda biscuit-y taste to it, plus berries always tastes good.

Same, out of pure lazyness as well.

I make protein shakes with two scoops of bulking protein (600kcal) and instead of milk, I use ice cream + a banana and peanut butter

The consistency should be like concrete and you should be shitting pringles cans once per day after this

I just pulled 360 today today on deadlift
Been lifting 6 months

I used to be Skelly but now that I'm almost thirty I've become skinny fat. Have been lifting and bulking for a couple months. Feel like I'm just getting fatter. I'm like snowman shaped. Still have twig arms and all the weight goes to my gut. HELP

Squats and DLs going up. Bench seems to be getting better but I'm still struggling with getting OHP to go up past 75 lbs.

Wake up really early and go to bed really late every day so that way you can fit more meals in over time instead of eating everything at once

Went from 128 to 156 in 10 months or so I think. Peanuts and whole milk are a blessing. People tell me I'm looking bigger and more muscular but still feel like a skeleton inside.
Would like to get to 175 or so eventually
