I find it hard to believe that you guys find squatting 100 KG an easy task to do.

I have been working out for 2 years now and not a single time have I seen someone squatting more than 2 plates until yesterday.

Within six months lifting I was at 124.7kg/275lbs. You’re either shit, don’t lift frequently enough, don’t eat enough or bullshitting.

I lift 4 times a week but I squat twice (one back squats and one front squats)

Im a scoliotic 6'3 skeleton and squatting 2pl8 is my biggest success yet. I went from having all sorts of hip flexor pains, failing squatting 70kg, fixed my form, now squat 100kg 5x3.

1.5 years working out. I can OHP 1 pl8 for reps but squat was killing me.

lifting only 4 months seriously, can squat 225 x 14, or 375 x 1

6'3 200 lbs

just gotta squat 3 times a week
