dry fasting

>get pregnancy cream
>lift and fill out the loose skin in your legs with muscle
>let time do its work

Drink plenty of water and coat yourself in bio oil

I'm also interested in knowing this. I used to be fat as fuck (150kg, 6'2") but I've lost a lot of weight (I'm now 94kg) in 2 years. I'm still not at my goal weight but my belly is a little saggy and I worry I'll have lots of loose skin.
I'm 21 if that helps.

well your skin will be loose at first but you still made the right decision. Coat yourself in oil and fill out with muscle whereever you can.

Knew a guy personally with a similar cut. His skin took about a year. Looked great after that.

anvar, fill it with muscle
depends if you had any amount of muscle or not at 150kg, but you're most likelly fucked

use organic castor oil with a dermaroller

Getting mixed signals here. Will my skin eventually fix itself? I have no problem with waiting a year for my skin to self-tighten as it would probably take a similar amount of time to get proper muscles win I start lifting etc.

There is no right awnser user. Only time will tell, but considering you are 21 chances are good (depending on genetics).

Well the guy went from 5'11 140kg lazy fat fuck to 80kg with 1/2/3/4.
at first he had some saggy skin on arms and underneath his six-pack, but he did a really nasty cut at like 1500 to 2000 under and ECA-Stack.

Bulked a bit again and you couldnt even tell he had loose skin a year later at 85kg (roughly 1,5/2,5/4/5)

You gotta get a roller that you use to roll dough and roll the skin flat. Gotta do this at least 3 times a day for 2 weeks.

is he a roider?
no if you have shittloads of stretchmarks on your belly/core/lower back area, surgery is the only option. when you stand there will be no sag but when you bend over, sit down, plank postion it will suck

Didnt roid, only used cutting aids. ECA is basically a pretty unhealthy metabolic booster stack.

Just a normal fiticen that started on SL and went on to 5/3/1 if i recall correctly. Also used to trip on here years ago (creatine).

I bet you looked better with a cute belly and giant thighs, you dirty whore.

>cute
>belly
Pick one faggot

use high quality moisturizer. Take 'relative'cold showers.

So alot of people will give you shit and meme advice here, like real shit advice. Like using moisterizer or dry fasting, what the shit. These guys only get their info from this site and vogue or some shit.
But seriously baby, no it wont go away. Skin takes up to 2 year to completely retract, this starts from the point you start losing weight. The amount that retracts is also minimal and wont change alot on your current state. No amount of moisterizer, voodoo oil or special diets will change this. However. HOWEVER as a guy with options this would definatly not be a dealbreaker for me. As far as I can see in the picture you look qt af. Besides it isn't that severe and 90% of your friends will look worse as soon as they push out a baby. I understand you dont like it and even loathe it but try to not give a fuck.

Pretty much this.
You could also fork over the money and get it removed surgically.
For what it's worth, your hip-to-waist ratio looks real nice, and losing the weight was definitely worth it.

you type like a woman and think like one aka dumb.

try dry fasting OP

Unironically this

I was young and have stretch marks on arms since then, they didnt go away altough im still pretty fluffy, 6'2 at 200lbs, but they are barely visible, just shiny strips of skin if in angle under light.

Keep at it, get some muscle on those legs and be patient and it should eventually look better.

Yes your skin will tighten provided you take care of it and maintain a good diet.

Your skin is always renewing itself so provide it with what it needs to do so and give it time and it will disappear.

If you ever need motivation think of all the work you did to get to the point you're at now and suddenly waiting a short while for your skin to tighten up will seem easy.

Also stop thinking about and looking at it. A watched kettle never boils.

good job losing the weight!

Damn, awesome work you look great

I just want to lick that tummy.

>90% of your friends will look worse as soon as they push out a baby

this is not true.

My wife has given me 4 kids, including a set of twins. I've been paying attention to her stomach since I started dating her when she was 18.

And while she is a bit of a unicorn, the majority of women that we know are also multi-time moms, and, they don't have stomachs like OP's pic either.

The skin stretching, retraction, and healing from pregnancy vs. from being obese are very different.

When fat women get pregnant, sure, or, when women get far too fat during pregnancy, sure.

But the problem is building skin around a period of high stomach fat, not pregnancy. A healthy woman is only big-pregnant for a few months, and that stomach looks like snare drum skin stretched over a basketball. If there is loose crap hanging off of a pregnant woman's stomach, it's not from pregnancy....

I dont give a fuck about your wife bitch. The only time I gave a fuck about her was mast night when I pumped a fifth kid in her. Did I say 100% or did I say 90 fucking percent?

I needed her to resonate with me.

Basically this, ignore anyone telling you anything differently or advising you on any special diets or creams or lotions, it's all complete and utter garbage born out of broscience and old beauty magazines. I'm post gyno surgery and have spoken to multiple plastic surgeons and specialists at the time, and every last one of them told me the same thing - skin contracts at a constant rate for up to a year or so after it becomes loose up to a finite state, determined mostly by your age, skin condition, smoking/sun exposure habits and how loose it was to begin with; after that point it's skin excision/tucking surgery or living with it.

Lose the extra weight, gain muscles in your thighs, and bear the loose skin as a warning sign to your future self not to become fat again. Stretch marks will fade with time but some sagging MIGHT still happen after you've waited enough time, again depending on circumstances somewhat outside your control (don't expose yourself to sunlight, smoke, rough conditions etc. and try to eat clean). Believe me when I say I would still smash if you're fairly cute, even more so if you lift, but then again I like broken people so what do I know.

Anti-aging lotions don't contribute to anything, it's basically snake oil. Anyone here proudly saying something of this nature helped their sagging skin is 100% either lying or would have gotten the EXACT same result just waiting for the body to do its thing, everyone here is mostly young so that's expected. If a 56 year-old woman post 3 births shows miraculous changes years later simply by using coconut oil or bull semen or whatever, I might bother listening.

Also post tits if you have them, or boipussy otherwise.

>building skin around a period of high stomach fat, not pregnancy
You do not ever build extra skin, the skin is basically one organ and you do not replenish it, otherwise burn victims wouldn't need skin grafts. It stretches according to the body's size, this is why babies have so much loose skin, but the skin can only stretch so much.

if you ride enough dicks, yes

>but then again I like broken people
fucking hell thought I was the only one.
