Wrong, an absolute rank novice powerlifter needs low volume high frequency, do the lifts often but not so many reps technique massively breaks down and ingrains bad movement patterns. This phase wont be for a huge amount of time but needs to be done for enough time, all 3 lifts 3-4 times a week for 6-8 weeks

Read the book, there are numerous options.

You can do full body every day (SQ+BP, OHP+DL) alternating one heavy one lighter, or upper/lower with the opposite lift as the secondary lift.

I'm planning to comptete in the USAPL regionals next year. Currently I'm 7 lbs over the 198lb division and wondering if I should cut or embrace the 234lb division? I'll probably put on more muscle and I'm at 20% bodyfat and I've heard its dangerous when lifting heavy to be below 10-15%.
